The Etruscans

In 2017/2018, the Badisches Landesmuseum Karlsruhe presented the exhibition The Etruscans - World Culture in Ancient Italy, for which PONG.Li designed the interactive floor map of Etruria. Visitors picked up an exhibition iPad and could use it to embark on an exciting journey through time in ancient Italy. By scanning certain glyphs of important Etruscan figures, very different background information on the respective cities could be called up. A timeline depicted significant stages of the city's history, conflicts or its cultural heyday. Under the menu item Archaeology, an area map with finds from temples and other cultic sites was stored.

The app thus opened up a discovery tour of a special kind!
